2.Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners 1 to 3 are brought on record as appellants 2 to 4 as legal heirs of deceased appellant in A.S.No.51 of 2022.
