ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the sixth respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that patta No.434 issued in favour of the sixth respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition has been issued arbitrarily and illegally without proper supporting documents. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the said patta. The petitioner had given a representation on 21.10.2025 to the third respondent, seeking for cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the sixth respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Till date, counter has not been filed by the official respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the sixth respondent as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the
petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2025, seeking for cancellation of patta No.434 issued in favour of the sixth respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the sixth respondent as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire.
