Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide Na. Ka. No. 5111/E1/2025, dated 14.07.2025, rejecting registration of the petitioner society, quash the same, and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to forthwith register the petitioner society Urbanrise Buyers Association - OMR under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, as per the 2nd respondent's recommendation vide Ka. No. 30331/11/2025, dated 31.07.2025, within a period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
