ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 15.10.2025, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Swami Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

3.Since there are disputed question of facts involved in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to approach the

Civil Court for redressal of the petitioner's grievance as raised in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court seeking for the very same relief as prayed for in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
