ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders initiated under Letter No. 14312/ E1/ 2023 dated 23.01.2024 on the petitioners representation dated 21.12.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a member of the Association who has brought to light serious financial irregularities including the misappropriation of Rs.16,20,606/-, falsification of accounts, manipulation of records and violation of statutory procedures. Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent initiated an enquiry and accordingly, conducted a hearing on 11.11.2025 during which the petitioner produced all the relevant documents including accounts, minutes and evidences for the

misappropriation. However, the respondents have not taken any action to the members who have involved in the misappropriation. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 21.12.2023 and the same was acknowledged by the respondent on 23.01.2024. However, the respondents have not conclude the proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to conclude the proceedings dated 23.01.2024 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the proceedings will be concluded and appropriate action will be taken within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to conclude the proceedings dated 23.01.2024 and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the necessary members of the third respondent.
