ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the 4th respondent for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent, after giving due consideration to the objections raised by the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025 seeking cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent for the property more fully described in the

prayer to this writ petition, after giving notice to the 4th respondent and also after hearing his objections and objections of any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04-12-2025 vga
