ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in Crime No.2 of 2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.2 of 2025 dated 14.06.2025 has been registered for the offence under Section 69 of BNS, 2023 and subsequently, investigation in this case has been completed and e-filing was done as early as on 05.11.2025 before the 2/6
learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to take the final report/charge sheet on file without any further delay.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
