Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein in its impugned notice in Form III dated 01.09.2025, culminating into impugned proceedings in Form IV dated 12.09.2025, further culminating into the impugned Final Notice dated 03.11.2025 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent herein to process and accord revised Planning Permission to the petitioner herein based upon his Application dated 11.10.2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
