Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents directing to Respondent No.5 and 6 to consider petitioner representation dated 02.09.2025, requesting to issuing petitioner salary within the time stipulated by this court. M/s. K.Elango Order (Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025, requesting to issue petitioner's salary within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner has been working as Typist at the 5th and 6th respondent Court since 2012 and he was then transferred to the Sub Court, Thiruthuraipoondi. His salary had been regularly paid upto May 2025, however from June 2025 the salary has not been paid. Therefore, to get his salary he had given a representation on 29.09.2025 and in order to consider the same and pass orders he has moved the present writ petition.
3. After hearing the matter at the admission stage, we passed orders on 04.12.2025 and 19.01.2026. Pursuant to these orders, the Registrar General, High Court. Madras has filed an explanatory afÏdavit, where it is stated that due
to some technical reasons the salary for few months could not be paid to the petitioner and subsequently it had been rectified and his salary for all these months has been paid. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner also that the left out salary from June 2025 had been paid till date and as of now there is no salary arrears.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions would submit that the technical snag or technical glitch which was the reason for not paying the salary for the employee since has been rectified, the salary has been paid upto date, and in future also no such situation would arise, and so long as the petitioner is working as Typist in the respondent Department his salary and other benefits would be taken care of and be paid promptly without fail.
5. Recording the said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and by taking note of the explanatory note filed by the ofÏcer in-charge of the legal cell of the High Court through the Registrar General, High Court dated 23.01.2026, as the entire salary since has been paid to the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of.
