ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Notice dated 25.10.2025 is under challenge in the present writ proceeding.

2. Executive Authority identified encroachments and initiated enforcement action under Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act. Thus, notice issued would not provide a cause for institution of the present writ proceeding.

3. Petitioner is at liberty to submit his explanation, along with documents, if any, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of any such representation, Executive Authority shall consider the same, take a final decision, and if encroachment is identified, then initiate enforcement action to remove encroachment and resume the public properties.
