The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to appoint an enquiry officer to look into the allegation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation dated 08.10.2025, sent by the petitioner to the first respondent, has been forwarded to the second respondent and that an enquiry is being conducted in C.S.R.No.767 of 2025 by the Sub-Inspector of Police attached to the second respondent police station. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. No costs. 05.12.2025 ham 2/4
