ORDER

This petition is filed to extend the time for depositing Rs.1,00,000/-

before the trial court as directed in the order by this Court dated 27.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis he was not able to mobilize the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- . Hence he was not able to comply with the condition order passed on 27.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025. Hence, seeks modification.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submission made by the petitioner the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025 is modified and time is extended for a further period of four weeks to mobilize funds and comply with the orders passed by this Court.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
