This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate for the completion of the arbitration proceedings and for passing of the award. 2.Notice has been served on the respondent and the respondent has also filed counter affidavit.

4.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings are at the stage of final hearing and for passing of the award. In view of the above, the period is extended by four months.
