This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, (in short "the Act") seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

gya 2.Notice was ordered to the respondent and the learned counsel for the applicant was also permitted to serve notice on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the Arbitral Tribunal. Accordingly, notice was served and affidavit of service was also filed and the name of the counsel has also been printed in the cause list. There is no appearance either in person or through counsel.
3.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that final award has been passed and an application has been moved under Section 33 of the Act for rectification of certain errors.
