ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 303(2) & 326(a) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.127 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier two anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 23.09.2025 in Crl.OP.No.26135 of 2025 and on 28.10.2025 in Crl.OP No.29266 of 2025 respectively.
3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
