The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) of BNS read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2022 altered into Section 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 85, 87 and 133 of BNS R/W Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.478 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed only on 10.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30477 of 2025. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 04.12.2025 gbi 2/4
