This petition is filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.S.C.Viswanath, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.P.Manorajan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 2. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 3 and 4, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 103 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 103 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
