ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 326(a), 303(2) of BNS Act, in Crime No.158 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against these petitioners is that, these petitioners are ranked as A1 to A3 and illegally quarrying and transporting 1 unit of Palar river sand. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that the petitioners illegally quarried the 1 unit of palar river sand without valid permission, the petitioners are not having any previous case. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/4

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, these petitioners are illegally quarried 1 unit of palar river sand, if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners they will indulge in similar activities, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
