The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9B(1)(b) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884, Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and Section 288 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.175 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are not an accused.
