ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19915 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with and he also produced the proceedings of the Sub Registrar, Mannachanallur, dated 24.01.2026, and an order refusing registration was also passed on 01.09.2025.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner, if aggrieved to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
