ORDER

At the outset, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent would submit that in terms of the order dated 11.06.2025, the Assignment

Agreement would be registered and released only if it is otherwise in order and after No Objection Certificates are obtained from various Sub Registrars, inasmuch as there were about 72 different properties. He would also bring to the notice of this Court that out of 72 properties, the Waqf Board had raised objections in respect of one of the properties and in respect of the other property, the matter is pending before the Court.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate for respondent that in case petitioner is re-presenting the Assignment Deed, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed if it is otherwise in order. Agreed to by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.
