This application has been filed to condone the delay of 134 days in representing the appeal suit papers vide e-filing No.LTN20240001017C202400078 dated 21.08.2024 filed against the judgment and decree passed in LAOP No.106 of 2014 dated 31.01.2024 on the file of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit for condonation of delay. This petition is ordered and the delay of 134 days in representing the above appeal papers is condoned.
