ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19789 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the government orders in G.O.(2D)No.64 Municipal Administration and Water Supplies (MC3) Department dated 08.08.2019 and G.O.(2D) No.68 Municipal Administration and Water Supplies (MC3) Department dated 27.08.2019, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the case of the petitioners and passed order by the proceedings dated 04.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 04.07.2025 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If any grievance over the order passed by the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
