2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the 4th respondent school dated 10.03.2023 and 01.04.2025 seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
