This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 313 days in filing the above appeal against the final award passed by the learned Special District Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Vilupuram in M.C.O.P.No.252 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Neelamegavannan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 313 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
