ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide service connection for the demised premises situated at No.10/318, Periya Veeranam, Mariamman Koil Backside, Veeranam, Salem- 636 122 at petitioner costs and expenses.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.11.2025, requesting the respondents to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's property. It is submitted that the petitioner paid necessary charges for the same however, till date, no steps were taken by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, within a specified time.

4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
