(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to implead the present petitioner as one of the party respondents in the main writ petition.

2. Since the present petitioner was instrumental in taking action against the main writ petitioner with regard to the alleged encroachment in the public property / Government land, therefore, his presence is very much required to have a complete and effective adjudication of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

3. In view of the same, after hearing both sides, we are inclined to accept this petition, accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title.
