3. Let the records be sent back to AM-IV on 10.02.2026 and let the parties make their appearance on the said date.

4. Since the learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that PW1 is coming from Rajasthan, his examination shall be completed on the same day. The learned counsel for the defendants shall also cooperate for completing the evidence of PW1, who is from Rajasthan.
