2. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

3. The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 1075 days is far from satisfactory and no sufficient cause has been assigned. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
