This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 314 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 07.10.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2076 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore Dt.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 314 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
