ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue Site Visit Certificate and working condition of Plant and Machinery certificate to the petitioner as per the application of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 in Tender Notice No.50/2025-2026/HDO dated 04.11.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Site Visit Certificate and working condition of Plant and Machinery certificate will be issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent on 19.11.2025 before 05.00 p.m.

3. Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate and working condition of Plant and Machinery certificate to the petitioner by 19.11.2025 before 5.00 p.m.
