(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list. Service deemed sufficient.

3.In the affidavit filed, it has been contended that the officer in charge had left the office and a new officer had to prepare the appeal and necessary permission had to be obtained. In that process, there has been a delay.
