ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.Jayachandran,J.) Pursuant to the warrant issued by this Court on 12.11.2025, Mr.G.B.Saravanabhavan, Assistant Vice President -Legal is present today. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.An affidavit has been filed stating that the error regarding the petitioner depositing the award amount as per the order of this Court has now been rectified and the said amount has also been invested in the bank by the Page Nos.2/4

Registry of the Small Causes Court, Chennai. Since this Court is satisfied that atleast after issuing warrant, the order of this Court has been complied with by the Appellant/Insurance Company. Therefore, we inclined not to proceed further against the officer namely, Thiru.G.B.Saravanabhavan for his wilful breach of the order passed by this Court.

4. The claimant is permitted to withdraw the money deposited, since the interim stay already granted is vacated. Accordingly, this petition to recall the arrest warrant issued on 12.11.2025 has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
