For Respondent : Mr.S.Conscious Ilango in both CRPs C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the fair and decreetal orders dated 29.10.2025 passed in I.A.Nos.1 and 5 of 2025 in HMOP.Nos.1677 and 1818 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would fairly submit that, as on date, there are no arrears and, therefore, these revisions may be allowed. However, he would request that a direction be incorporated to ensure that the petitioner does not commit any default in future.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the keys of the house have been handed over to the respondent, which fact is also admitted and acknowledged by the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, it is open to the parties to place on record the factum of possession having been handed over to the respondent and to seek disposal of STC No.1116 of 2024 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Alandur.
6. Insofar as the revision petitions are concerned, in the light of the recording of payment of the entire arrears of maintenance, the orders dated 29.10.2025 passed in I.A. Nos.1 and 5 of 2025 in HMOP Nos.1677 and 1818 of 2021 are set aside and the HMOPs are restored to file. It is made clear that, in the event of any default being committed by the petitioner in future, the same will not be viewed lightly by this Court.
7. In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
