Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to review the continuance of the Petitioner's suspension beyond 6 Months in the light of the orders of this Court dated 28.06.2024 that, the continuance 1/4

of the proceedings in SPl C.C. No.5 of 2023 would be an abuse of process of law and therefore the same is quashed, Subsequently the 2nd Respondent has "cancelled the charge Memo" dated 06.07.2023 in his proceedings Roc. No.21097/2023/V3 dated 18.07.2025, before 31st December 2025 (the 4th Quarter) in accordance with the orders issued by the 4th Respondent in G.O. (2D) No.30 MAWS Department dated 29.04.2024.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st Respondent to review the continuance of the Petitioner's suspension beyond 6 Months in the light of the orders of this Court dated 28.06.2024 that, the continuance of the proceedings in SPl C.C. No.5 of 2023 would be an abuse of process of law and therefore the same is quashed, subsequently the 2nd Respondent has "cancelled the charge Memo" dated 06.07.2023 in his proceedings Roc. No.21097/2023/V3 dated 18.07.2025, before 31st December 2025 (the 4th Quarter) in accordance with the 2/4

orders issued by the 4th Respondent in G.O. (2D) No.30 MAWS Department dated 29.04.2024.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to review the order of suspension in the light of the cancellation of charge memo and the quashment of the criminal case by this Court and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
