2. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that report of Laboratory by FSSAI has not been made available to them.

3. This Court directed learned Senior Counsel for respondents to find out if a copy of the same could be furnished to petitioner since it has been furnished to this Court in a sealed cover.

4. On instructions, learned Senior Standing Counsel for respondents would submit that they may have not have any objection for furnishing the copy of the said report to petitioner.

5. In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to take copy of report of Laboratory by FSSAI.
