ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to correct wrong entries made in Patta No.870 pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. According to the petitioner, wrong entries were made in Patta No.870 issued to the petitioner. He has sought for correction of wrong entries made in the said patta. The fourth respondent has already recommended to the third respondent to correct wrong entries made in the said patta. However, till date, the representation of the petitioner seeking to correct wrong entries made in the said patta has not been considered.

3. Mr.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and submits that the competent authority to correct wrong entries made in the said patta in this case is the second respondent.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the competent authority, namely, the second respondent, to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024 seeking for correction of wrong entries made in Patta No.870 and A-Register of S.No.284/9 pertaining to the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the recommendation of the fourth respondent dated __________Page 2 of 4

Nil.12/2024 in Na.Ka.No.4445/2024(1). Accordingly, the aforesaid direction is issued to the second respondent by this Court. The second respondent is directed to complete the said exercise within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
