ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2. This application is filed seeking leave to file the appeal against the order dated 8.9.2025 passed in W.P.No.32991 of 2025. It is the case of the applicant that he has already filed a civil suit with respect to the property in question and the same is pending as on date. However, the first respondent without arraying the applicant as party respondent filed the writ petition. The order passed in the writ petition is adversely affecting the rights of the applicant in respect of the said property.
3. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the learned Single Judge directly affects the applicant's right and interest over the property in question, the application is allowed.
