This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 31.07.2025 in W.P.No.26280 of 2025 passed by the Court.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents are ready and willing to comply with the directions issued by this Court. However, the petitioner has not come forward to collect her original certificates. The said fact was also fairly admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the petitioner is presently out of the country.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
