ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 20.01.2026 was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the Tahsildar has not insisted for any NOC from the Housing Board. However, the application submitted by the petitioner has been rejected on a different ground.

2. In view of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. This Contempt Petition is closed.
