ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.27605 of 2025, dated 09.10.2025, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry within a period of one month. 2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned counsel on either side would submit that the orders of this Court have been complied with. Today, an affidavit has been filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), stating that enquiry has been completed and a final report has also been filed closing the C.S.R.No.574 of 2024 as civil dispute on 30.10.2025 and that the report has been submitted to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Chengalpattu. 4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
