ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the communication of the Registrar dated 06.11.2025 was placed before this Court. It is seen that the petitioner has been instructed to register for the second professional year course along with the 2024-25 batch students in the first week of December, 2025 and remit the prescribed course fee.

2. In the considered view of this Court, this Court does not see any contumacious conduct on the part of the respondents and accordingly, recording the stand taken by the respondents, this contempt petition stands closed. 24-11-2025
