JUDGMENT

The petitioner who suffered adverse orders in CRP.No.3470 of 2025 filed the present revision petition. However, this Court is inclined to dismiss the review, finding no error on the face of the record.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Uttam Joseph Cheriyan sought for some reasonable time to enable the petitioner to vacate and peacefully hand over the possession to the respondents. Today, he has also filed affidavit of undertakings dated 19.11.2025 after serving the copy on the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents though agreeable in principle for granting some time, he is not agreeable to grant time as prayed for in the civil revision petition. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been carrying on his mechanic business and also residing with his family, I am inclined to grant time till 31.03.2026. The affidavit of undertaking is recorded. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not seek any further extension of time and possession shall be hand 2/4
