ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.08.2025 and 17.10.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, the aforesaid representations seeking for issuance of patta have not been considered by the respondents till date. Only under those circumstances, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, as stated supra, are considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 21.08.2025 and 17.10.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04-12-2025 vga
