Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, in IA. No./ 192 of 2025 (Waiver) in AIR No. 171 of 2022, dated 28.03.2025, by which the Petitioner was directed to make an arbitrary and erroneous pre-deposit of Rs. 533,01,102.50/-. Consequently, direct the Hon'ble DRAT, Chennai, to take on file and hear the Petitioner's Appeal, vide AIR No. 171 of 2022, dated 28.03.2025, on merits.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge is made to the order dated 23.04.2025, by which, the appeal has been dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit that was ordered on 07.03.2025.
2. Without there being any challenge to the order dated 07.03.2025, petitioners seek to challenge only the consequential order. Further, we find that though the order was passed way back on 23.04.2025, this petition has been filed only in the month of
November, 2025. Therefore, in these circumstances, no case is made out for interference.
3. The civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
