ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to restore the TSLR records pertaining to the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner as per Patta No.212 of 2012, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Under the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, the petitioner seeks rectification of the alleged mistake committed by the respondents in the TSLR records pertaining to the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.N.Umapathi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent, who is the competent authority, to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024 seeking for restoration of the TSLR records pertaining to the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition as per Patta No.212 of 2012, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
