ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.32089 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025, passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, to appear and sign before the respondent/police daily twice at 10.00a.m., and 05.00p.m., until further order 1/4
(for a minimum period of 30 days) and on further condition that he shall make available himself for interrogation as and when required by the investigation Officer.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly for a month and thereafter he has filed the relaxation petition before the Principal Sessions Court in C.MP.No.2834 of 2025 on 10.10.2025 and he has complied with the condition from 10.09.2025 onwards. He further submitted that due to the petitioner's ill health he was absent for two days i.e., on 23.09.2025 and 24.09.2025. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, since he was absent between 23.09.2025 and 24.09.2025 i.e., two days.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.2464 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
