ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the instance of the petitioner, we are not inclined to issue any Mandamus because the locus on which this petition has been filed is that the petitioner happened to be a power of attorney of one R.Subramani. The said R.Subramani having died, the petitioner loses locus to take any proceedings arising out of constructions raised, which are the subject matter of the order passed by the first respondent on 27.03.2025. The writ petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
