O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 105, 238(a) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 135(1)(b) of Electricity Act, 2003 in Crime No.395 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner joining hands with other accused erected electricity fence near the lands of one Basha and it was accidentally touched by two persons belonging to the same village 2/6

and they died on the spot and hence the petitioners immediately taken the body and dumped into the nearby well. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that A1 in this case was arrested. . However, she opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner was involved in the offence of culpable homicide, where two persons died and also the fact that it is not 3/6

only case of causing death but also the screening of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
