This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner partition deed dated 11.11.2025 based on online Token Temporally No:TP/239070794/2025 and reservation Serial No:5 (D-505) dated 11.11.2025 on the file of the third respondent.
2. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property comprised in Re-Survey Nos.227/1, 227/2, 313, 313/13A belongs to petitioner's father, who later executed a Will dated 20.12.2024 in favour petitioner and her sister. Thereafter, the petitioner and her sister Gomathy decided to partition the said property based on the said Will and accordingly, executed a partition deed dated 11.11.2025 and also presented the same before the third respondent for registration. However,
the third respondent refused to register the same citing the reason that the Will dated 20.12.2024, which was executed by the petitioner's father was an unregistered Will. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in the present case, after obtaining the temporary token number on 11.11.2025, the petitioner has not presented the partition deed, physically. In the event the same is presented, the matter will be decided, after issuing due notice to the parties concerned as well as other interest parties apart from the Will, based on the rights in the capacity as Legal Heirs.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to take a decision in regard to the registration of the sale deed, upon the representation of the same by the petitioner, by issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the persons, who are all entitled as per the Will and any other legal heirs to the petitioner's father. The entire
exercise has to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
